... Oh, you talking about the horrible Symantec Ghost that you *ahem* pira-I mean "aquired"? I personally think that it's useless, and a waste of space, because Symantec always bloats up the security suites and overcharges them...
Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 is so much better. :) It has Kaspersky live CD. :P And it comes FREE with the... Oh wait. You didn't buy yours right? But KIS runs awesomely fast. Check the reviews on CNET, PCMag, ... Oh yeah, and :P.
UPDATE: Oh, and you're using Avast?! Seriously? ... Use AVG if you're going free, Be-Lee.

no you just insert the disk and let windows recover to the original form take the disk out and you can use your windows
